We have more than 400,000 sq. ft. of production, warehouse, freezer and cooler space. Our specially-designed equipment easily handles large volumes as well as small, customized orders ... quickly and efficiently. So regardless of whether you're choosing our products, or if we're preparing your order from scratch, we can deliver because we have the equipment and capabilities to get the job done.

Turn Around Time

We can turn around a product in seven to 10 days on established products.

Custom Recipes

We already bake a full line of products under the Miss Emma's brand name. It ranges from biscuits, brownies and Boston Crème Pies, to cornbread, kolaches and cheesecakes – and include lots of products in between. But if you need something specific that's not on our list, we are happy to make it and bake it.

Need packaging with that order?  We can do it.
